| Scikit-rt is a Python toolkit for loading, plotting, and analysing radiotherapy data in `DICOM `_ and `NIfTI `_ formats. It includes image registration via `elastix `_ and `NiftyReg `_, single- and multi-atlas segmentation, and region-of-interest (ROI) comparisons.
