Scikit-rt

Scikit-rt is a Python toolkit for loading, plotting, and analysing radiotherapy data in DICOM and NIfTI formats. It includes image registration via elastix and NiftyReg, single- and multi-atlas segmentation, and region-of-interest (ROI) comparisons.
